Comprehensive Social Media Management & Ads

I'm looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can effectively manage and run ads on Facebook and Instagram. The objective of the campaign is multi-dimensional:

- Driving traffic to the website
- Generating leads

The target audience for this campaign is broad, spanning across the ages of 18 to 44. Because it covers a wide demographic, it's vital to understand how to tailor content and ads to resonate with these different age groups.

Your expertise should include, but is not limited to:

- Creating engaging social media content
- Running and analyzing performance of ads
- Experience with targeting different age groups
- Knowledge of social media trends
