Community creator for my dance shoots & workshops

I am looking for a community creator to help me increase attendance at my monthly dance workshops and shoots. The ideal candidate should have experience in promoting events and fostering networking among dancers.

Platform: The community will be primarily hosted on Instagram, so the ideal candidate should have experience in building and growing an Instagram following.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage an Instagram account for the community
- Promote monthly workshops and shoots through social media and other channels
- Encourage engagement and interaction among community members
- Provide updates and information about upcoming events
- Monitor and respond to questions and comments from community members

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in social media management, particularly with Instagram
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the dance community and industry
- Ability to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns
- Experience in event planning and coordination
