Community Manager for NFT project - Discord

? Tasks & Specification:
- Research (find references, research best practises, study potential partnerships)
- Create a development plan and community structure (roadmap, statuses, mechanisms of statuses, and ranks).
- Create and design the Discord server (graphics will provide)
- Setting up verification, anti-spam, and analytics
- Verification of new members of the community
- Verification for additional statuses
- Anti-spam bots
- Collecting server analytics into dashboards (through webhooks within the community and into a separate dashboard for internal use, like google sheets)
- Creating partnerships with other NFT projects
- (3 partnerships in 1-2 months is our goal)
- Partner and promo posts in relevant communities (Discord, Telegram)
- Mass marketing and posting in the NFT and Solana ecosystem
- Maintaining community (daily posting and engagement within the community)
- Content plan creation
- Daily posting across different channels (Discord, Twitter, FB groups, Reddit)
- Writing Tech Specs for the designer, copywriter and ads manager
- Engagement management in Discord & Twitter (Competitions, game mechanics, GM, etc)
- Collect, measure and report key engagement metrics across channels ? We need:
- C1 or Native in English
- Experience in Web3/Crypto/NFT/Blockchain projects
- Community/Marketing/SMM background
- Part-time availability (10-15 h/week; 2-3 h/day) ⏳ Time frames
