Community Manager for Discord & Telegram

I'm looking for a proactive community manager who can handle both our Discord and Telegram platforms. These are the primary responsibilities:

- **Content Creation**: You should be able to create engaging text posts, as well as appealing graphics and images to keep our community interested and active.
- **Engagement**: Facilitating discussions, responding to queries, and fostering a sense of community spirit is essential.
- **Moderation**: You'll also be responsible for enforcing community rules and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Given the size of our communities, having 100-300 members in each, you should be comfortable managing a mid-sized groups.

Ideal candidates should possess the following:
- Proven experience in community management on Discord and Telegram
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in creating text posts and graphics
- Grow a discord on forums, sites and other telegram/discord channels searching there for new members.
- Ability to moderate and manage interactions effectively
- Experience in growing and engaging a community

Do not bid higher than 2$ an hour, 5-6 hours a day, 4-5 days a week for now, will be more and salary will be higher with the effort and work with bonuses.

The group is related to course selling of earning money, looking to create more communicates related to gaming, IT, hacking, crypto and etc. legal only.
