Community Manager for Discord, Reddit & Social | Web3, 3D Printing and NFT Project
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for a freelance Community Manager to help us manage and grow the Discord community and social channels of The Genesys — an innovative platform combining 3D printing, NFTs and blockchain in a sustainable, decentralized ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has experience in Discord server management, Web3 communities, Reddit and knows how to create engagement through content, events, and creative activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate the official Discord server, Reddit
- Actively engage with creators, users, and collectors
- Organize events, contests, spotlights, and AMAs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on social/media campaigns
- Manage DMs, user support and flag reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Discord communities and Reddit (Web3/NFT/tech)
- Excellent command of English (our community is bilingual)
- Familiarity with Discord bots, automations (MEE6, Collab.Land, etc.)
- Positive attitude, autonomy and passion for tech and creativity
- Bonus: experience with NFTs, 3D printing or digital design platforms
This is a remote, part-time position to start, with potential for long-term collaboration.
The Genesys community is currently at an early stage: the selected candidate will be directly responsible for building the core user base from scratch, actively engaging new members through targeted outreach and organic growth strategies across Discord, Reddit, and social channels.
