Community Engagement Expert for Organic Growth

I am seeking an experienced and proactive freelancer ( No Agencies ) to promote a new social media app through organic engagement on platforms like Reddit, Tumblr, Discord, and Amino. The goal is to engage in genuine conversations and drive traffic to our landing page without sounding overly promotional or spammy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively post and engage on various platforms for 21 days.
- Focus on engaging communities related to l such as lifestyle, technology, and relationships.
- Use the provided Bitly link to track traffic an performance.
- Submit weekly reports with:
- Links to all posts/comments made.
- Engagement highlights and traffic insights, including Bitly analytics screenshots.
- Promote specifically to US-based audiences, understanding their preferences and communication style.
- Must be willing to sign an NDA.

Requirements:
- Native English speaker or College-level Advanced English fluency.
- Experience working with and promoting to US markets is essential.
- Active and established profiles on at least 3 out of 4 platforms (Reddit, Tumblr, Discord, Amino), with accounts that have been active for at least 2 years.
- Provide proof of active profiles by attaching screenshots and profile links(required if offered the position).
- Must be willing to work within the given budget and timeframe.
- Only applicants with completed and fully verified Freelancer profiles will be considered.


Project Details:
- Duration: 23 days (21 days of active posting + 2 days for onboarding and closeout).
- Time Commitment 1–3 hours per day posting and engaging, depending on the platform.
- Budget: $75–$100 strict budget. Potential for an extended 30-35 day contract based on performance.
