Cold Email & Social Media Outreach Specialist
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I run AstraX Education, a tutoring company offering online and face-to-face classes in Sydney, NSW. I’m looking for an experienced Cold Email and Social Media Outreach Specialist to help me connect with potential clients and grow my business.
Your main task will be to find and reach out to parents of high school students (or the students themselves) who may need tutoring services. Outreach can be done through cold email or social media DMs on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
Lead Research & Targeting:
Identify and build a list of potential leads based on my target audience: parents or students preparing for the HSC in Sydney, NSW.
Cold Emailing:
Write and send personalized cold emails to potential clients.
Follow up on emails to increase response rates.
Social Media Outreach:
Send cold DMs to parents or students on platforms like Facebook or Instagram.
Build relationships and generate interest in our tutoring services.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates on outreach efforts (e.g., number of leads contacted, responses received).
Requirements:
Proven experience in cold outreach (email and/or social media).
Strong English communication skills (writing engaging, professional messages).
Ability to research and identify qualified leads in the education niche.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, email automation software, or social media outreach tools.
Deliverables:
A minimum of X leads contacted per week (you can suggest a number).
Regular follow-ups to nurture leads and generate interest.
Summary reports on outreach progress and results.
Budget:
I’m open to discussing your rates, but please include your pricing structure (e.g., per lead, per hour, or fixed project cost). This will initially be a short-term project, with potential for long-term work based on results.

I want someone proactive and results-oriented. If you’ve had experience generating clients in education or tutoring, that’s a big plus. Share your relevant experience and any tools or strategies you’d recommend using for this project.
