Christian Social Media Content Creator (5 Posts Per Week)

I’m looking for a Christian social media content creator to fully manage my weekly posting and create short‑form inspirational content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
You will be creating 5 posts per week using my existing photos, videos, and brand assets. I need someone who can bring ideas, plan content, and take creative direction — not someone who waits for me to do everything. Content includes reels, carousels, and simple video edits (no long‑form YouTube videos).
Key Responsibilities:
Create 5 posts per week (Reels, carousels, & static posts)
Bring creative ideas and suggest content concepts
Edit short videos using my photos/videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Write captions in a Christian, faith‑aligned tone
Plan and schedule posts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Help find Christian creators in Australia for gifted collaborations
Repurpose creator content into posts
Maintain a consistent, inspirational brand voice
Ideal Skills:
Experience with Instagram/TikTok content
Canva or CapCut editing
Understanding of Christian themes and Scripture
Ability to tell stories through short‑form content
Creativity and consistency
Able to work independently and take initiative
