Call Booking + Engagement Specialist for a Registered Dietitian
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Role Overview:
This position is one of the most important in our business and mission to help as many people as possible. You are a giver, you enjoy supporting people, and you are constantly trying to get them support, get to know them, and give them the resources they need from our community to succeed. You want to educate the public to empower them, and ultimately lead them to a solution of lifelong health by working with our team or taking courses with our team. Your goal is to drive more reach, engagement, and thus more discovery calls booked with QUALITY leads. We want to talk to people who are good candidates and fits for the program. You will be creating and posting to social media, generating conversation with, and helping our community.
Responsible For:
- Be online from 7-8am EST, and 7-8pm EST minimum to engage with followers, DM outreach, and follow up with leads
Results You Will Be Driving:
- 12 calls booked per week
Tracking KPIs:
- Friday by 12pm EST, please submit # messages sent and # calls booked to keep track of metrics
Requirements To Meet:
- Engaging with IG audience
- Booking sales calls
Compensation:
- Starting salary is as stated but will be increased based on achieving KPIs.
- If you book 12 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up), you keep your job
- If you book 17 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up) you get $50 bonus
- If you book 20 calls in a week (and at least 75% show up to their call) you get $100 bonus
- BONUS POOL : At the end of each quarter - if the business grows 12%, everyone on the team splits the bonus pool of the total sales made. The more calls you book, the more sales we make, the bigger bonus pool you get.
