Job responsibilities:

Improving a company's market position and maximizing it financial growth.
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects.
Communication with Clients for open positions on phone & email.
Daily sharing the progress report & maintain the excel sheet on daily basis.
You may be given recruitment related activities once you get success in this.
Identify hiring needs of client & make job descriptions according to that.
Superior presentation and communication skills.


- 2 hours Business Development calls to uk clients(2:30 - 4:30 pm) must everyday

STRONG ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS MANDATORY
MINIMUM TWO YERS EXP IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED
