Business Boosters - Please help me with Social Media Management, implementing across the Social Platform: Instagram

I just launched the Instagram account for Rose and Lion Leadership and need to attract followers. I'd like input on attracting the target audience, ideas for key words / hashtags and support with content development, plus social media management. Rose and Lion Leadership provides leadership development programs for children aged 7-13, so I need to engage with parents of children that age. There is also an opportunity to partner with schools, homeschooling programs or after school programs.
