Building a Fitness related Social Media Strategy

Help me finding a solid social media strategy for my personal Gym and Natural Bodybuilding Social Media presence on TikTok and Instagram. The accounts are already existing and some moderate content has been posted in the recent year. I need a detailled analysis of my target group, my content and set up of the accounts.
