Build me a Facebook business page

I am a small business owner , in keto and low carb food delivery business. I am a home chef with a license to cook from my home kitchen. I am also a recipe creator and my niche is Indian inspired flavors in keto and low carb food.
I need an FB business page created to
1. Post my recipes
2. Run ads to promote my menu
3. Drive traffic to the site from where local customers can view the menu and order the food
4. Drive more customers to my third party website to view my menu, pricing and place orders.

I am looking looking to hire someone who can create
1. A new FB business page with logo and display pic. I have a logo you can use.
2. Create some initial posts or content. I can provide the material for that - text , picture, video
3.Call to action
4. Link it to my website
5. Setup my ads account etc
6. Show me how to post and manage it , once they handover to me
7. I need this done in 3-4 days .
8. They should speak English and / or Hindi.

I am open to ideas and suggestions. This is a new business idea , I started the physical aspect of food delivery 3 months back. Now I need an online presence to increase my business.
