Boost Google Maps & Search Rankings

I need an SEO specialist who can push my business to the top of both Google Maps and the regular organic listings. The main pain point is ranking—pages and map listings load fast enough, but they simply don’t surface where they should. I am paying for seo but i cant even find me in a search and it sounds like it could be months. This is not acceptable and i need a faster track but dont know what my options are
