Book marketing -- 2

I am looking to market my Urban Fantasy book to a target audience of young adults. The goal of this project is to increase book sales and reach a larger audience through effective marketing strategies. My desired outcome for this campaign is to increase book sales and reviews so I'm looking for a freelancer who can implement social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing techniques that will help me reach that goal. I would like the freelancer to suggest other additional tactics as well that may be able to help me reach my desired outcome. I understand that this is no easy feat and am looking for a freelancer who is knowledgeable about effective book marketing and can deliver effective results.
