Book Promotion & Workshop Campaign

Job ID: 39937736

Budget: £20 – £250 GBP

I’m preparing to amplify the reach of my new title, “Spinning Yarns: British Asian Diaspora Stories,” and I’d like help with two tightly-connected initiatives: a targeted social-media push that drives readers straight to the Kindle and paperback pages, and a small series of virtual storytelling workshops that encourage the community to submit their own diaspora tales through a Google Form.

The promotion will live primarily on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Written posts and mini-articles will be the core assets—I have plenty of quotes, themes and cultural hooks you can repurpose into engaging threads, captioned carousels and short blog-style updates. Consistent branding and a clear call-to-action back to Amazon are non-negotiable.

Alongside the campaign, I want to host informal online workshops (Zoom or similar) where participants share their narratives. You’ll create the session outline, draft the promotional copy, and build a simple Google Form that captures names, contact details and a short story summary.

Key deliverables
• 4-week social-media calendar with daily written posts tailored separately for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
• Branded graphics template (Canva, Photoshop or similar) to house the written content
• Copy-rich event page plus email invitation copy for the workshops
• Interactive Google Form linked to a spreadsheet for easy submission tracking
• Post-campaign report summarising reach, clicks to Kindle & paperback listings, and workshop sign-ups

Acceptance criteria: posts published to the three platforms on schedule; Amazon links tracked via UTM so we can verify traffic; Google Form tested end-to-end; at least two workshop sessions hosted with participant feedback captured.

If you’re confident you can merge creative storytelling with strategic social marketing, I’m ready to get started right away.
