Beverage Service Marketing Strategy -- 3
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
Beverage Rental Service – Marketing Strategy Proposal
This project focuses on developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to establish a strong brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate consistent bookings. The strategy is structured into three key phases: brand awareness, lead generation, and expansion.
1. Brand Awareness & Community Building (0-3 months)
The initial phase prioritizes visibility through a strong brand identity, social media growth, and strategic partnerships. This includes defining a clear value proposition, consistent messaging, and a visual identity (logo, color palette, and marketing materials). A social media strategy leveraging Instagram and TikTok will focus on viral content, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. Targeting Argentine cultural events, concerts, and club parties in Spain will establish direct partnerships with event organizers and venues.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion (3-6 months)
Once the brand gains traction, the next phase focuses on converting engagement into bookings. A mobile-optimized landing page with an easy booking system will be implemented, alongside targeted social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads) aimed at expats, event-goers, and corporate clients. A referral program will incentivize customer retention, while email marketing and content strategies will nurture leads and reinforce the brand’s presence.
3. Scaling & Expansion (6+ months)
With a solid foundation, the expansion phase will focus on securing long-term partnerships with recurring Argentine events, establishing sponsorship opportunities, and expanding into new cities. The brand will also target corporate events and private gatherings, offering premium experiences and merchandising to increase revenue streams.
Marketing Channels & Execution
The project’s marketing execution includes branding development, social media management, paid advertising, and event sponsorships.
• Branding & Identity: A complete design package, including logo, typography, color scheme, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Strategy: Content creation, influencer collaborations, and community-driven campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
• Paid Advertising: Highly targeted campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads, utilizing retargeting and seasonal promotions to maximize reach.
• Event Partnerships: Collaborations with concerts, club nights, cultural festivals, and venue operators, securing sponsorships and long-term agreements.
Project Goal
The goal is to create a unique market space by positioning the service as a premium and culturally relevant experience. By combining brand differentiation, digital engagement, and strategic partnerships, the project aims to establish a strong presence, generate consistent bookings, and achieve scalable business growth.
Freelancer Requirements
It is essential that the freelancer is Argentine, as a deep understanding of the culture and product is necessary to communicate its value effectively. Living in Spain or having lived in Spain will be considered a strong plus, as familiarity with the market, audience, and event dynamics will help refine the strategy and execution.
