Arabic book marketing

I have a book that was published recently but nothing was done in terms of marketing it the good way. I need someone to frequently work on my instagram page and post quotes from my book as well as catchy captions to make people go buy the book also look for any other source of marketing the book that might increase the sell.
I want someone to work for me on a monthly base.
