Arabic and English speaker: Customer assistant for Dubai-Based Beauty Business

I'm in need of a bilingual (Arabic and English) social media manager to take control of my beauty business's social media communications, based in Dubai or the UAE.
- Payment: 1,500 AED per month (408 US dollars)
- Incentives: 500 AED (136 US dollars) will be provided based on increased sales and performance
- A dedicated mobile and phone line will be provided

- Work from anywhere, but the candidate needs to live in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage messages and inquiries from customers. This includes answering questions about our beauty products and services.
- Book appointments efficiently. Your promptness and professionalism in this aspect is crucial.
Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in both Arabic and English to ensure seamless communication with our diverse client base.
- Proven experience in managing Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms. Previous experience in beauty sector is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
