I am a freelancer myself providing consulting and services to ecommerce. I have started to create pages and groups. Some are successful, others are not complete. In the long run, I would like to offer Social Media services to my ecommerce customers. I have a couple of clients that are interested in such, but their plans for starting lies in the future.

I am looking for an ambitious person that first completes information on my pages and groups. It is rather diligent work but allows you to become familiar with the structures. I would then like to give you more responsibilities, so that you can grow with it and with the organization. In the long run, there will be opportunities as project manager, account manager and social media head at appropriate rates. I am willing to pay for training and studies for the right candidate, so that you will be able to learn and apply your gained knowledge in practice.

This position starts at $2.00 per hour. I will frequently audit and raise according to reliability, learning curve, performance. A talent for marketing should go without saying, but unfortunately, I have met too many people that believe that having a facebook account qualifies for Social Media work. Graphic Design talent, not to confuse with Photoshop skills, is a plus. I have Graphic Designers myself. So I rather expect creative ideas from you. And my designers will turn them around.

I repeat: I would like to work with one single person - so, no agencies. You must be able to write a professional cover letter. You must have professional social media experience. Marketing talent is a plus, Photoshop skills are not required. Reliability, ambition for excellence, and willing to learn is a must.
