I already maintain a curated list of tech-focused Telegram groups that align with our topic; outreach should start there. If you can identify additional, genuinely relevant channels, feel free to include them, provided they match the same quality.
The process must rely on transparent, ethical tactics. Soft promotion, value-driven engagement, or personal outreach is fine; mass-invite spam and fake-account dumps are not.
