Looking for a long-term short-form video editor / social media manager for a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & martial arts academy in Qatar (JJMA Qatar).
We already have a large amount of daily content (training videos, sparring clips, kids classes, photos, coach moments, etc.). We are looking for someone creative and consistent to turn this content into engaging social media content focused on growing a real audience in Qatar.
Main responsibilities:
* Edit and post 2 pieces of content daily per platform
* Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter
* Create reels, short videos, stories, carousels, and photo posts
* Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, music, captions, hashtags, etc.
* Make the content feel modern, energetic, authentic, and community-driven
* Maintain a consistent posting schedule
* Help grow local reach and audience engagement specifically in Qatar
Important:
* We are NOT looking for generic corporate social media management
* Combat sports, BJJ, MMA, wrestling, judo, or fitness editing experience is strongly preferred
* Understanding short-form content psychology and audience retention is very important
* We prefer authentic and powerful content over overly polished “agency-style” edits
