Virtual Assistant for Personal Blog and Brand

Are you a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant with a passion for skincare and blogging? I am looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented VA to join my team and assist in managing my skincare brand and personal blog. If you have experience in creating captivating designs, scheduling social media posts, conducting research, and possessing a flair for copywriting and AI-generated content, then I'd love to hear from you! ??
Responsibilities:
Designs Canva (NHB) - Create eye-catching and visually appealing graphics using Canva for our skincare brand's social media and blog posts.
Schedule posts Canva IG + INSTA (NHB) - Manage the social media content calendar, schedule posts, and engage with the community on Instagram and other platforms.
Research bloggers + email them for UGC - Identify influential bloggers and reach out to them for user-generated content collaborations to boost our brand presence in the USA market.
Newsletter (every Friday) - Craft engaging newsletters every Friday, keeping our subscribers informed about the latest updates, products, and skincare tips.
Create proposals for brands RR and send them - Prepare professional proposals for brand partnerships, seeking collaboration opportunities to expand our reach.
Research brands to send proposals - Conduct market research to identify potential brands for collaboration and partnership opportunities.
Create blog posts (copywriting + AI-generated content) - Write captivating and informative blog posts for our personal blog, incorporating both your copywriting skills and AI-generated content.
Newsletter RR (monthly) - Develop monthly newsletters for the personal blog, delivering valuable content to our subscribers and engaging with our growing community.
Requirements:
Proficiency in WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and ChatGPT.
Excellent communication skills to interact with bloggers and brands professionally.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
A passion for skincare, beauty, and the digital world of blogging.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in related roles.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
