YouTube Social Post Editor Community

I’m launching a small but committed community of editors whose sole focus is keeping my YouTube channel lively between long-form videos. The job revolves around crafting polished social-media-style posts for the platform—think eye-catching shorts, Community-tab graphics, punchy captions, and engaging pinned comments that spark conversation.
I’ll provide raw clips, brand guidelines, and access to past assets; you’ll shape them into scroll-stopping micro-content optimised for the YouTube feed. While the initial scope is 100 % YouTube, I’m open to expanding later to Instagram, Facebook, or even Twitter once the workflow is humming.
Deliverables I need from each editor
• A weekly bundle of ready-to-publish posts (video + copy + thumbnail if applicable)
• Source files neatly organised in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus exported MP4s
• A short document noting best-performing hooks or any creative insights
I’ll host a shared drive and a Trello board so we can swap feedback quickly and keep turnarounds tight. If collaborating on fast-paced social content excites you, jump in and show me a recent example that proves you understand YouTube’s rhythm.
