Content Manager Needed for Tracking, Managing & Motivating My Creators (YouTube & Facebook)
Project Description:
I am running a YouTube and Facebook channel.
I already have 5 content creators who make short motivational and devotional videos.
Now I need one dedicated person who can manage them, track their work, and motivate them consistently.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Track daily tasks of all creators and motivate them to perform at their best.
2. Review their videos, titles, tags, descriptions and guide them for improvement. Reply to audience comments and handle channel growth.
3. Maintain Google Sheets for work progress.
4. Motivate creators by sharing tips and messages in our Telegram group
(including activities like Creator of the Week and Creator of the Month).
5. Send motivational messages regularly to help creators improve their work quality.
6. Make sure all creators follow the guidelines and maintain consistency.
7. You do NOT need to report to me; just teach and guide my creators to do their best.
8. Help with content ideas, simple scripts, and improvement suggestions to grow the channel.
9. Maintain monthly payment records and performance tracking in Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & Hinglish)
Experience in content management
Basic knowledge of YouTube & Facebook content creation
Ability to motivate and manage a team through Telegram
Good at organising tasks and maintaining Google Sheets
Work Type:
Part-time (Only 10–20 minutes checking of YouTube & Facebook daily) or based on work.
Payment:
₹500 per month (Starting low, but will increase with channel growth + revenue share)
