YouTube Manager & Content Writer (Remote – Long-Term Role)

We’re a fast-growing digital media and automation company focused on helping entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders expand their reach through powerful content and marketing systems. Our YouTube channel and social platforms are expanding rapidly — and we’re looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven YouTube Manager to help us scale to the next level.
Role Overview
You’ll be the architect behind our YouTube and content strategy — publishing videos, writing engaging titles and descriptions, creating blog posts, coordinating editors and designers, and ensuring everything aligns with our brand voice. You’ll have the autonomy to own the process and the opportunity to grow with us long-term.
Key Responsibilities
Upload and schedule long-form and short-form videos to YouTube daily
Conduct keyword research (SEO/tags) to maximize reach and engagement
Write high-performing titles, video descriptions, and blog posts
Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to produce quality content
Manage YouTube Live streams (via Restream or similar platforms)
Develop and implement content calendars and growth strategies
Track analytics, identify trends, and report on channel performance
Design or collaborate on video thumbnails and promotional graphics using Canva or similar tools
Coordinate social media publishing to maintain brand consistency
Qualifications
✅ Proven success managing and growing a YouTube channel (preferably from 2K+ to 30K+ subscribers)
✅ Excellent English writing and proofreading skills
✅ Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and content optimization
✅ Experience using tools like VidIQ, SEMrush, Moz, or TubeBuddy
✅ Proficiency in Canva, WordPress, and GoHighLevel (or other CRMs)
✅ Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without supervision
✅ Experience collaborating across multiple teams and managing multiple projects
