Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced YouTube growth specialist to create, verify, and manage multiple standalone YouTube accounts for an ongoing music marketing campaign.
The mission is simple but crucial:
- Create as many verified YouTube accounts as possible without triggering spam/bot detection
- Post from these accounts daily (once verified) to push our content into the algorithm
- Maximize safe posting volume while protecting account longevity
You will be working with a large library of pre-made, short-form videos promoting songs from our band, Modern Monks.
Key Requirements
1. Account Creation & Verification
- Create separate, fully standalone YouTube accounts (unique credentials)
- Handle phone/SIM verification (but we own the accounts & have full logins)
- Use robust IP/proxy/VPN solutions to prevent linking and mass bans
- Scale account creation safely based on your knowledge of YouTube’s current limits
- Maintain a central tracking sheet for all accounts
2. Uploading & Posting Strategy
- Pull pre-made videos from our shared drive (fully edited with music)
- Upload to multiple accounts daily, tagging the correct song in YouTube’s music library
- Mute one audio source to prevent double audio (requires attention to song synchronization with video)
- Determine safe posting frequency per account to avoid flags while maximizing daily uploads
- Strategically space uploads to give the best algorithm push
3. YouTube Policy & Algorithm Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube’s Community Guidelines, spam rules, and Shorts best practices
- Understanding of how posting cadence, account age, and engagement affect reach
- Ability to spot and prevent risky activity before accounts get flagged
4. (Optional) Engagement Management
- Propose cost-efficient ways to add likes, comments, and replies from managed accounts
- Coordinate with our team on strategic engagement (e.g., planting comments to drive curiosity)
