Wilmington Social Media Manager Needed
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I run a Wilmington-based business and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day of our Facebook and Instagram over to someone local who understands the vibe of our community and can turn that into measurable website traffic.
Here’s what I’m looking for: you’ll create a balanced mix of thumb-stopping images, short form videos, and concise text captions, publish them on a consistent schedule, and actively engage with comments and DMs. I’ll supply product information and brand guidelines; you bring the creative spark, a data-driven posting rhythm, and the know-how to turn followers into site visits.
Deliverables I need to see:
• A quick audit of our current pages and a 30-day content calendar before the first post goes live
• Original graphics, short videos, and captions tailored for Facebook and Instagram (minimum three posts per week)
• Weekly link-in-bio or swipe-up tracking so we can see the traffic you generate
• A concise performance report at month-end with insights and next-step recommendations
Local availability is important—I’d like the option to meet in person for strategy tweaks or occasional on-site shoots. If you’ve managed Wilmington brands before or have examples that show your visual style and traffic results, include them when you reply.
