Wholesale Candle Web & Marketing Manager

I run a wholesale-only candle business and need someone who can take complete, day-to-day care of our online presence. This is a steady, hourly position in which you will refresh the website whenever new collections or promotions launch, keep our Facebook and Instagram feeds active and on-brand, build and send regular email campaigns to our stockists, and promptly reply to enquiries that arrive through the site or social channels.

You should feel comfortable adjusting layouts, images and copy so the catalogue always looks crisp and current, then translating that same look and voice into social posts and email blasts. Clear, friendly communication with our B2B customers is just as important as clean code or eye-catching graphics; timely answers secure repeat orders.

Typical weekly rhythm
• Website tweaks or new page additions as needed
• A content calendar and scheduled posts for Facebook & Instagram
• One email campaign (Mailchimp or similar) targeted at existing wholesale accounts
• Same-day responses to incoming messages
