Wedding Photography Instagram Management
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My wedding photography brand needs its Instagram feed, Reels and Stories planned, created and published every single day so couples see a lively, up-to-date portfolio instead of the occasional highlight. All images come from my RAW catalogue; they just have to be culled, colour-graded in Lightroom or Photoshop, cropped for the grid and paired with engaging captions and researched hashtags that fit the elegant, romantic tone of the studio.
Short-form clips cut from behind-the-scenes footage or slideshow snippets will become Reels, while Stories should mix sneak peeks, polls and vendor shout-outs to keep followers interacting. I’m happy to supply footage, but I expect you to handle trimming, transitions, music and on-screen text so everything feels cohesive. Scheduling can be done in Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite—whichever lets you keep the queue full a week ahead. Community tasks such as replying to comments, saving posts to Collections and liking relevant industry content are part of the brief; genuine engagement is as vital as the visuals. Monthly insights reports will guide what we shoot next.
Deliverables
• A 30-day content calendar refreshed each month
• 7 photo posts, 7 Reels and a minimum of 7 Story sets per week, uploaded on a consistent timetable
• Captions, hashtags and location tags optimised for reach within the wedding niche
• Basic engagement management (comment replies within 24 h and proactive interaction)
• End-of-month analytics snapshot with recommendations for the following cycle
Consistent quality, on-brand aesthetics and punctual posting are the acceptance criteria for every milestone.
