Virtual Assistant (20 hrs/week) – Social Media, Admin, Content, and Client Communication
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our team on a weekly paid basis. The role requires a mix of creative, administrative, and communication-related tasks. This is a flexible, remote position averaging 20 hours per week—with potential to grow!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Creating and posting ads on various platforms
• Searching for collectible listings (e.g. Funko Pop deals)
• Managing and updating our website
• Posting to and managing our social media accounts
• Responding to direct messages, emails, and client inquiries
• Drafting and scheduling social posts with search-friendly captions and titles
• Assisting with video uploads and light content editing
• Brainstorming creative strategies and providing fresh ideas
• Occasionally creating basic landing pages or websites
Who We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – must be easy to understand on the phone
• Self-starter who can work independently and figure things out without hand-holding
• Creative and witty—can write catchy captions, think on the fly, and solve problems
• Detail-oriented and dependable—you consistently meet deadlines
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic SEO
• Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and basic website CMS platforms (Wix, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
What to Expect:
• Weekly paid position
• Average of 20 hours per week
• Each task will include a time range (e.g., 1–40 hours); if you finish early, great!
• Flexible hours—just meet your deadlines and communicate clearly
