About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify store management, social media coordination, and a strong understanding of basic e-commerce processes. This is a remote position with flexible working hours and the potential for long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Shopify store, including:
Product uploads, descriptions, tagging, and categorization
Inventory updates and pricing adjustments
Monitoring and reporting store performance metrics
Assist in handling day-to-day order processing and customer service inquiries
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Monitor social engagement and assist in community management
Assist with product research, basic marketing tasks, and promotional planning
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience managing Shopify stores or similar e-commerce platforms
Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling tools
Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (order management, returns, customer support)
Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, Trello/Asana, or similar
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Familiarity with dropshipping or print-on-demand models
