Virtual Assistant for Instagram Influencer Outreach

We are, a music production and concert/film promotion company. We are running a proof-of-concept for building a network of Instagram music & entertainment influencers.
Your Task (Simple & Clear):
You will work inside Instagram’s official Creator Marketplace (we will give you limited access to our Meta Business Suite – no password sharing, fully secure and standard process).
Search for music-related creators (singers, instrumentalists, cover artists, etc. in India or global).
Send our approved project brief/invite to targeted creators.
Follow up with interested creators using our ready template + short checkbox message to qualify them.
Goal for each VA: Get at least 10 influencers (with 5,000+ followers each) to join/confirm collaboration.
Pay Structure (Performance-Based Raises):
Starting rate: ₹100 per hour
As soon as you personally bring in 10 confirmed influencers (5K+ followers) → immediate raise to ₹200/hour until the next 10.
After your next 10 confirmed influencers → raise to ₹800/hour, and this rate will stay for all future work with us.
Work Details:
Part-time/flexible: 3–5 hours/day expected (you can work when it suits you).
We need around 10 VAs to start immediately.
Daily tracking via shared Google Sheet (we provide template).
Training & all messages/templates will be provided – very straightforward.
No cold DMs or risky methods – everything through Meta’s official safe tool.
Requirements:
Good internet and laptop/phone.
Active personal Facebook/Instagram account (required for Meta Business Suite access – we add you with limited permissions only).
Comfortable searching Instagram creators in music/entertainment niche.
Reliable, good communication, and target-oriented.
Bonus if you have past VA or social media outreach experience (not mandatory).
