Virtual Assistant Needed — Marketing & Sales for Digital Manuals (PDF Guides)
Description:
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help market and sell a growing library of short, problem-solving PDF manuals. These guides (tech troubleshooting, DIY, productivity, etc.) are sold on Gumroad and Payhip.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with content posting, light SEO, social media engagement, and basic graphic tools (Canva/Canva alternatives).
Your tasks will include:
Posting my guides on Gumroad, Payhip, and other digital marketplaces.
Creating short descriptions, tags, and keywords (I’ll provide templates).
Answering questions on Reddit/Quora/Facebook groups (using my guides as references).
Posting articles/snippets to Medium/Substack.
Pinning simple infographics to Pinterest.
Light engagement with buyers (replying to basic comments/questions).
What I’m looking for:
Strong written English, friendly but professional tone.
Comfortable researching questions on Reddit/Quora.
Reliable, consistent, and organised (daily posting schedule).
Experience with Gumroad/Payhip, Pinterest, Medium, or similar platforms is a plus.
Budget:
Starter: 5 - 10 hours/week (initially) @ $4–$6/hour (USD).
Long-term if results are good (library will grow).
