Virtual Assistant for Data & Socials
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant who can commit 3-5 hours every day to keep my back-office data tidy and my social channels active. Most of your time will be spent inside Microsoft Excel, Word, and occasionally PowerPoint, entering fresh information, cleaning and re-formatting existing records, and moving data from one platform to another without losing accuracy. The rest of the shift is dedicated to light social-media upkeep on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter—drafting captions, scheduling posts, and answering routine comments or messages so the feeds never feel unattended.
Because the role mixes data duties with basic social management, you should already be comfortable with spreadsheet formulas, data processing commands, and the usual scheduling dashboards or native Meta / X tools. Reliable English or Bahasa Indonesia communication is essential so we can swap quick progress notes at the end of each day.
Deliverables I expect:
• Error-free spreadsheets updated daily
• Cleaned and processed data sets ready for download by EOD
• Any transferred data verified in its new system
• A live queue of posts and engagement logs for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
