Virtual Assistant and Social Media Guru for Professional Comedian

This is an on going virtual assistant position for a s social media manager/expert that has success/experience/proven results in promoting and building followers and subscribers for artists with an US audience, specifically for a stand up comedian.
The job is an hourly position. I am seeking someone who is flexible with working on several tasks and a mix of assignments. One primary job is knowing the specific requirements to grow followers and subscribers on all social sites including IG, FB, YT, TT. Understanding and implementing the right settings, hashtags, keywords, and trends....basically whatever works to make content go viral, with hooks, and call to action to grow and increase my fan base.
An example of other tasks include editing, content creation, platform management to see what is working and do what it takes to grow by understanding trends and algorithms.
I am hoping to find someone to work with for many years. As business grows, and content monetizes, so will your opportunity.
Absolutely no fake engagement, or bot following. Growth must come from the United States primarily. TRUST, HONESTY, INTEGRITY is a must. I will let you go immediately if this is broken.
This must be organically built, branded and managed. Responsibilities include editing footage, implementing hashtags, trends and SEO to create viral content with the end result being increased fan base and follower, subscribers, and monetized content.
Understanding of American comedy and how to cut and create is a major plus. The job requires daily and/or weekly communications with me to review strategy and progress and resolving issues. This may be emails, calls, or video chat. Successfully building other comedian's brand is a major plus.
