Virtual Assistant (PT)

Our Virtual Assistant (VA) is responsible for ensuring the success of the executive team by assisting in administrative and market development requirements. As a small, but growing organization, our VA will be expected to utilize a limited number of hours to maximum efficiency creating time and space for the executive team to drive sales and growth from the opportunities made possible by the efforts of the VA.

Virtual Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Monitor incoming email for potential opportunities to publish, present, or engage in interviews.
Research conferences, publications, and speaker calls to identify potential opportunities to position FIC and Strategia Analytics leadership as thought leaders, subject matter experts, or increase visibility of the firm.
Search for Requests for Proposals (RFP)
Assist in onboarding FIC Human Resource Partners in Vendor Portals and diverse supplier networks.
Assist in responding to RFPs, speaker calls, and conference proposals.
Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; collecting relevant information in advance of meetings; and initiating telecommunications.
Assist in report generation
Assist in social media marketing efforts.
Assist in virtual workshop deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications:

Able to work independently in a virtual environment and willing to learn how to respond to questions and situations using strategic thinking along with lessons learned from past experiences
Demonstrate sound judgment, and attention to detail
Comfortable in fast-paced environment as the business evolves from startup to mature business model
Excellent time management skills
Curious, self-aware, genuine, and constantly evolving, learning and growing
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, listening and written communication skills including the ability to present information that is easy to understand and assimilate.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and G Suite (specifically word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)
Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
Exceptional organizational skills to include organization of files, time management, calendars, and the ability to keep projects and leadership organized.
Social media content management
Research

Additional Requirements:

Computer capable of running a full suite of Microsoft Office Programs
Consistent, stable internet
Webcam and Microphone that provide a clear and consistent quality
Phone capable of receiving calls forwarded from virtual phone system extension
Space that is suitable to video calls

Hours and Compensation:
FIC Human Resource Partners is Headquartered in Pennsylvania.
Hours required per week will vary.
Compensation is hourly $15-$25 based on experience.

VA will be required to sign an FIC Human Resource Partners NDA
