Versatile VA for Admin-Marketing (looking for long term hire)
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking to bring on a resourceful virtual assistant who can keep our back-office running smoothly while giving our online presence a consistent lift. Day to day you’ll jump between classic admin duties—data entry inside shared spreadsheets, inbox triage and reply drafting in Gmail, and calendar coordination—then switch gears into light digital marketing and frontline communication.
Here’s what you’ll actually be doing for me: maintaining and updating our website and Google Business profile with fresh posts, scheduling social content across our primary social channels, and pulling basic performance numbers so I can spot trends at a glance. On the communication side you’ll act as the first touch point for both my internal team and clients, routing messages, chasing answers, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
I work mainly in Google Workspace, so familiarity there is important; experience with simple CMS editors and one of the mainstream social schedulers will save us time from day one. Accuracy, a friendly written voice, and the ability to stay organised while juggling multiple small tasks are the qualities that matter most to me.
If this mix of data entry, email management, appointment and team scheduling, client and team communications, website posting, Google profile updates, social media management, and light data analysis sounds like your sweet spot, let’s talk about next steps and timelines.
REQUIRED
1) Spanish and English
2) Desire and ability to learn marketing tools, concepts
3) Attention to detail -- being accurate without requiring supervision
4) Self-sufficiency / ability to work independently
5) Professional communication
6) Ability to maintain a consistent schedule (so that we know when you are avaliable for communications)
