Ukrainian Virtual Assistant Recruiter
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need an energetic helper who can jump straight into sourcing new assistant-level talent for me, primarily through social-media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Your first responsibility will be to spot promising Ukrainian-speaking candidates, reach out with concise, friendly messages and deliver a short report of those who match the brief.
Alongside the recruiting, I will regularly hand you lighter creative tasks: drafting short messages (UA/EN), scheduling Facebook posts on my page, and doing quick online research to back up my business decisions. Clear, natural Ukrainian is therefore essential; I will often ask you to polish copy or translate phrases on the fly.
For each working day I expect:
• 3–5 quality candidate leads with contact details and a one-sentence summary of why they fit
• Any scheduled posts prepared and queued in Facebook Business Suite
• A brief note or document covering the day’s micro-tasks (messages sent, links gathered, insights found)
