Key Responsibilities
* Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
* Write engaging captions and assist with basic graphic or video content creation
* Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or escalate as appropriate
* Track social media performance metrics and prepare basic reports
* Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong written communication skills
* Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Canva)
* Basic understanding of social media analytics
* Creative mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or with a team.
