About the Role
We are looking for 10 energetic and "X-native" (Twitter) interns to join our digital growth team. This is a fast-paced role where you will learn the secrets of the X algorithm, engagement strategies, and personal branding. You will work directly with the founder to scale an account in the [share market , political opinions, religion etc).space.
Key Responsibilities
Active Engagement: Monitor and engage with our daily posts within the first hour of publishing to drive momentum.
Strategic Conversations: Write meaningful, high-value replies (no spam!) to encourage community discussion.
Amplify Reach: Use Quote Tweets (QTs) and strategic tagging to bring our content to a wider audience.
Community Outreach: Identify and engage with top influencers and trending threads in our niche to increase brand visibility.
Keyword Sourcing: Search for relevant conversations and provide helpful suggestions that link back to our profile.
Requirements
Must have an active personal account on X (Twitter).
A basic understanding of how the X algorithm works (Likes, RTs, QTs).
Excellent written communication skills in English/Hindi.
Reliability: Ability to spend 30–45 minutes daily on the platform.
Interest in [, e.g., Indian Stock Market / Tech / politics, religion].
