I’d like help keeping the conversation lively on my Twitter account. Each day you’ll monitor new mentions, replies and comment threads, then craft timely responses that encourage more dialogue while staying fully aligned with my brand voice—professional, polite and welcoming. The goal isn’t customer support or hard-sell promos; it’s genuine engagement that makes followers feel heard and inspires them to keep talking.
You should be comfortable writing concise, on-brand tweets, reading the room quickly, and steering discussions in a positive direction. Tools such as TweetDeck, Hootsuite or similar dashboards are fine if they make your workflow smoother; just be sure every reply still feels personal.
I’ll provide brand guidelines, sample answers and escalation rules on Day 1. From there, please:
• Check the account at set intervals (we’ll agree the schedule).
• Respond within the same business day to all relevant interactions.
• Flag anything sensitive or outside the scope so I can step in.
