About the Project
We are looking for one elite X/Twitter Growth Specialist to take full ownership of our account and execute a complete “Account Takeover” growth plan from start to finish.
You will audit the current account,
- design a proven step-by-step growth system,
- implement every tactic yourself (content, engagement, optimization, testing), and deliver clear, data-backed results.
**This is not consulting or advice-only — it is hands-on execution until the agreed KPIs are hit**
Project Goals (to be finalized together)
You will propose and commit to specific, measurable targets such as: Follower growth (e.g. from current X to Y in Z months)
Average engagement rate increase
Impressions / reach milestones
Number of viral posts / threads
Other relevant KPIs (conversions, profile visits, media mentions, etc.)
Scope of Work – End-to-End Ownership
1- Full account audit + competitor analysis
2- Create a detailed, written “Takeover Growth Plan” with tested methods only (content pillars, posting cadence, thread formulas, engagement playbook, algorithm hacks, hashtag & trend strategy, community building, collaboration targets, A/B testing framework, etc.)
3- Execute the plan daily/weekly with zero hand-holding
4- Create or optimize all content (threads, carousels, videos, polls, replies, etc.)
Handle all engagement, DM strategy, and community growth
5- Run continuous testing and iteration based on real-time analytics
6- Deliver weekly performance reports with screenshots, metrics, and next-week action plan
