I need someone to take the pressure off my personal travel account by handling the full cycle of my photos, short videos, and daily stories. Right now everything happens inside the native Instagram app, but I’m ready for a smoother, more consistent workflow—whether you keep using the app or introduce a smarter tool that still publishes flawlessly to Instagram.
Everyday I’ll drop a folder of raw images and clips from my trips. Your job is to pick the stand-out shots, apply light edits, craft captions and hashtags that sound like me, and make sure everything goes live at the best possible times. The priority is simple: manage the uploading of my personal photos and stories so the feed stays fresh, cohesive, and engaging, without losing its authentic voice.
Deliverables
• Daily content calendar showing post times, captions, and story frames
• Edited, mobile-ready photos plus 15–60 sec video reels
• All content published to Instagram with tags, locations, and alt text in place
Key Responsibilities
Curate images into a visually cohesive feed layout
Design aesthetic themes, filters & tonal consistency
Draft captions + hashtags with an engaging storytelling voice
Publish & schedule posts
Provide weekly insight reports & content pipeline planning
Maintain brand discipline across all posts and reels
Consistent aesthetics, steady follower interaction, and zero missed posts are the targets. If you’re comfortable with tools like Lightroom Mobile, Canva, or InShot, and you can keep the vibe laid-back and adventurous, let’s get started.
