Toy E-Commerce & Social Management
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a growing online toy store and need someone to take day-to-day digital operations off my plate. On the website side I want every new product loaded quickly, descriptions polished, inventory kept accurate, orders processed without delay and customer questions answered promptly through the site’s help desk or email.
At the same time, I’m ready to build a stronger social presence. Please create and manage dedicated Facebook and Instagram pages that feel playful yet trustworthy. Content will revolve around three pillars: regular product promotions, genuine customer reviews or unboxings, and the occasional behind-the-scenes peek into how we choose or test new toys. You’ll schedule posts, answer comments and DMs, and track basic engagement metrics so we know what resonates.
Deliverables I’m expecting:
• Fully managed product catalogue: listings added/updated, stock synced, orders fulfilled, customer emails handled.
• Branded Facebook & Instagram pages launched, with a consistent posting calendar (minimum three posts per week across the stated content types).
• Monthly performance summary covering website orders, social growth, and engagement insights, plus recommendations for tweaks.
If you already work comfortably inside common e-commerce dashboards and social scheduling tools, I’d love to hear how you would approach the first 30 days and keep the momentum going afterward.
