About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive TikTok LIVE Coordinator to support our agency’s creator operations in [Poland / Netherlands]. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in [Polish / Dutch] and English, the ability to work cross-functionally, and experience in social media, livestream platforms, or related fields. This role focuses on coordinating daily creator activities, monitoring livestream performance, and ensuring smooth operations according to the agency’s standards.

Responsibilities
• Communicate with local TikTok LIVE creators in their native language to build trust and maintain positive relationships
• Assist with creator onboarding and training, ensuring they understand platform tools, rules, and growth pathways
• Monitor livestream performance (hours, engagement, and task completion) and provide weekly reports to the operations lead
• Help creators complete monthly platform goals and challenges
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement creator support and growth initiatives
• Ensure operational accuracy, reliability, and compliance with platform guidelines
• Assist in resolving creator issues such as payout, policy, or technical problems

Qualifications
• Native or fluent in [Polish / Dutch], proficient in English (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus)
• Has experience in social media coordination, influencer management, livestream platforms, or related fields
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions in a remote work environment
• Comfortable using productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
