I run a content-focused company with an active presence on several social platforms, and now I need TikTok account management from someone with basic knowledge of TikTok. Because our target audience and brand partners are largely Indonesian, it’s essential that you already live in Indonesia
Here’s what I need from you: keep the account humming. That means handling the upload queue, writing on-brand captions, choosing the right hashtags, responding to comments in a timely, upbeat voice, and making sure each post drops at the most effective time for Indonesia time zones. I also want regular, insight-driven check-ins & quick reports that tell me what’s working and where we can improve so I can adjust our wider content calendar with confidence.
You’ll have direct access to our raw footage and finished edits; our in-house team will continue to supply creative assets so you can focus entirely on running the account. If you already use native TikTok Analytics or third-party dashboards, great—just loop me in on your workflow.
Deliverables
• A weekly posting schedule populated and ready to publish
• Community management: likes, replies, and simple DM triage daily
• A concise performance snapshot every Friday (views, engagement rate, follower growth, standout trends)
