Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can handle our brand’s Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube presence — focusing on daily short video content (reels) and live engagement sessions.
Your goal is to grow followers, boost engagement, and convert viewers into customers through consistent storytelling and organic marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and post daily short reels (product highlights, behind-the-scenes, recipes, testimonials, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Conduct and promote live sessions with engaging product demonstrations
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and offers
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Collaborate with our design and marketing team for brand consistency
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, followers) and provide performance reports
Requirements
- Experience in social media content creation or digital marketing
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Facebook Live, and short-form storytelling
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar tools)
- Strong understanding of trending formats, hashtags, and captions
- Tamil/English bilingual preferred for live sessions
- Creative mindset and consistency in daily posting
