Subconscious Training Group Manager
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I run a growing Facebook community focused on subconscious-mind training: https://www.facebook.com/groups/780248685367848/
To keep the experience personal and organised, I need a detail-oriented moderator who can:
• Review every join request and log their answers to the three entry groups.
• Extract the stated challenges or fears from those answers, then sort each one into a Google Sheet under Money, Relationship or Health so I have clear, searchable columns.
• Draft and post a welcoming announcement for each group that explains the cohort timeline and sets expectations; pin it to the top of the group.
• Send each approved member a friendly direct message that acknowledges their specific challenge category and lays out next steps.
• Schedule and deliver five short, supportive reminder DMs to every participant in the days leading up to the live training event.
A simple spreadsheet with timestamped entries and number of people in the cohort will serve as proof of work. Continuous, thoughtful engagement — rather than canned replies — is essential, as many members mention anxiety or depression alongside the core money, relationship and health themes.
If you are comfortable handling those touchpoints promptly and can demonstrate past experience managing similar Facebook cohorts, I’d love to hear how you would approach the workflow and what tools you prefer for scheduling and tracking.
