Startup Community Social Media Manager/Marketing Expert
Budget: $2 – $8 AUD
I run an online community built for ambitious startup founders and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day social presence over to someone who lives and breathes branding, storytelling, and automation.
[1] Your very first mission will be to tighten our visual identity—setting up reusable brand assets in Figma and Canva—and then turn that look into snack-able, high-engagement content across the channels where our audience already hangs out:
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• TikTok
[2] Once the brand kit is locked, you’ll own the full content engine: short-form videos, carousels, reels, and thought-leadership posts, all scheduled through the social tools you know best. I care less about which specific platform you choose (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Publer, etc.) and more about the results—steady growth in reach, comments, shares, and, ultimately, new members for our Skool/Circle space.
[3] Automation is a big part of our culture. If you can wire up workflows (Zapier, Make, native integrations) that pull clips from a master drive, push drafts into our approval board, and recycle evergreen hits, you’ll thrive here. I’m happy for you to lean on AI for ideation or transcriptions, but the strategy, polish, and community feel must come from you.
[4] The role is part-time and async friendly; I’m based in Southeast Asia and prefer overlapping hours for quicker feedback loops, yet I won’t dictate a rigid schedule. What matters is that every week the feed feels fresh, on-brand, and unmistakably founder-focused.
If building a magnetic presence for a fast-growing startup community sounds exciting, tell me about a campaign you’re proud of and how you measured its impact.
